General Questions:

Is it easier to purchase order through online or over the phone?

Answer: You may place an order over the phone and receive the same discounts as an online order. Whatever you choose to do, know that we enjoy being connected to you. We know that some people enjoy the personally catered service of our professional sales representatives. If you choose to call in, make sure it’s within our normal business hours, which can be found on our Contact Us page.

How are appliances installed?

Answer: Appliances that are going to be “built-in” to your home will require installation, which is not part of our delivery. You can contact your local appliance installer or renovation companies to perform this work for you. Since custom installation varies from project to project, we would recommend you check with a couple of companies and compare their prices and services.

Payment Questions:

Do I need to pay Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

Answer: No. DE’HOME APPLIANCES don’t collect GST on any orders, as our online business is currently a new startup.

Shipping Delivery Questions:

Do you ship to my area?

Answer: We currently ship to the Peninsular Malaysia. Simply enter your zip code in the cart process to see if we ship to your area. We ship to almost every location in the Peninsular Malaysia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan at this time.

How fast will DE'HOME APPLIANCES ship my product order?

Answer: Usually your orders will go through 1-2 working days (except public holiday) to process before being shipped out. Some items are special order and require additional time and labor to process.

When will I get my shipping tracking number?

Answer: Once your purchase order been shipped out, we will sent an email notification with all of the tracking details including: a clickable link to the courier services company responsible for delivering your product(s).

Need a shipment at a later date?

Answer: Currently you may leave a message to us during the checkout process to choose a later date for delivery. DE’HOME APPLIANCES may not be able to guarantee your chosen date, but we will try work with you at your convenience.

Return and Refund Questions:

Can I cancel my order if it hasn't been shipped?

Answer: Yes, we can cancel and refund in full if your item hasn’t shipped yet.

Can I return a product when I’m not satisfied?

Answer: Yes, your purchase is backed by our 14-days return guarantee. However, return need to be made in new, never installed and unused condition along with all product literature, original packaging materials and blank warranty cards.

Can I return a product I used but then realized it wasn't the right product?

Answer: Sorry, we unable accept any purchased product been used or packaging been opened.
